Minimum orders:	Generally, there are no minimum orders, unless special products are needed. Please contact us for details.
Order changes:	Order changes must be faxed or sent via email. A phone call can stop production of an order, but actual written proof of changes must be sent in order to make the changes.
Delivery:	Orders are normally shipped via UPS or mail, unless prior arrangements have been made
Returns:	Custom work in not returnable.
Terms:	We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and cash. Orders that are not prepaid are shipped COD, unless prior arrangements have bee made. Certain orders may require a 50% deposit.
Pricing:	Our price breaks usually fall at 50, 100, 250, 500, and 750. Special pricing is also available if we have a long lead time to complete the work.
